Redeemer City to City is a non-profit organization that prayerfully recruits, trains, coaches and resources leaders who cultivate gospel movements in global cities primarily through church planting. City to City is based in New York City and works in over 140 global cities throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe. City to City’s core competencies are urban church planting, leadership development and content creation. All of this is done to help bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to cities.
City to City was co-founded and is chaired by Tim Keller. After transitioning out of his position as senior pastor at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Tim Keller moved into a full-time role with City to City, focusing on ministry in global cities like Johannesburg, Mumbai, London, São Paulo and New York City. He and City to City’s global leaders work together to invest in and pass along what they have learned to a new generation of ministry leaders. Through these endeavors, City to City helps build for and propel movements of the gospel in affiliate networks around the globe.
As of January 2018, City to City has helped start 495 new churches in 70 cities, trained more than 16,000 leaders in city ministry and evangelism, provided resources in 25 languages to help recruit, empower and develop these leaders, and served 57 gospel networks around the globe.

Felipe Assis
President
Felipe is the President of City to City Miami, Associate Director of City to City North America and Founding/Senior Pastor of Crossbridge Church. He’s married to Beth Assis and they have 4 daughters. They have been church planting and doing church replanting in Miami since 2008. He is from Recife, Brazil where his father was a church planter and pastor for more than 40 years. When he isn’t preparing a sermon or talk for Sunday or a conference, coaching church planters, or spending time with his family you can find him rolling on a mat at Fight Sports. In 2018 he earned his black belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu.

Nilza I. Oyola-Diaz
Executive Director, & Program Manager, Iglesia Floreciente, City To City North America
Born on the island of Puerto Rico, Nilza embraces her Hispanic heritage and is passionate about building community partnerships, and working with pastors and ministry leaders across all denominations. She has dedicated most of her professional and ministerial life to community development, urban ministry, and women’s development. She is a member of the Faith and Justice Association Program and an ordained minister. Music is such a part of her Latino heritage that she can't help but dance to the beat of good drums! She is grateful to God for being married to Ray ‘Chino’ Díaz, a talented musician and percussionist of Dominican descent, who works alongside her in ministry. They have a mixed family of 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren.
